Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. She started participating in fitness competitions when she was sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 after she quit gymnastics. At the age of 17, she received her Professional Card one year later. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend six years away from performing following the award of her Pro card in order to finish the college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and carried on from the point where she had left competing in top competitions like that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals each year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very proud of the result. Ariel was competing with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel loves working out your lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm as well as pullups with the machine and bent-over rows. Warming up is usually done before the actual workout. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
